Bulldog Rooter

Was awakened this morning, early, to the sound of water leaking from my upstairs to my downstairs. Fortunately, I have easy-remove access into the ceiling of our downstairs bathroom, still, and found it was something I couldn't do myself. I called a couple places (all of whom were closed but "offered" 24/7 service), and what I wound up getting was Bulldog calling me back, getting me on the first call of the day for a SUPERVISOR who came with a smile and another gentleman. They got in, assessed the situation, figured out the solution, had ALL the necessary parts to fix our issue, and FIXED it completely and quickly. David, thank you and your partner for fixing my issue quickly, without judgement! Callie, at the call center, was amazingly patient and helpful, and got me the service I so desperately needed. All told, it cost a pretty penny, but it cost WAY LESS than the headache and frustration it would have caused trying to figure it out and fix it myself. I would tell ANYONE to call Bulldog FIRST! If they can't help you, soon, call the lesser alternatives, but my money is now ALL on Bulldog for any plumbing needs outside my limited scope. We tell our patients, at work, all the time that any job is easy if you have the right tools and expertise (when referring to a specialist). Yes, it will cost a little more right up front, but nothing compares to the feeling of security in knowing you have a professional handling your urgent need and then having that professional be very direct, honest, compassionate, and FAST!!! I maybe could have done this job, but it would have taken me days. David and his guy did it all in about an hour (hour and a half, max). I've heard the ads for Bulldog, I've seen the vans all over, and NOW, I will recommend Bulldog to ANYONE who has a plumbing issue, whether large or small, new or old, crazy or normal. This was about the most pleasant plumbing emergency I could've possibly experienced. #BulldogPlumbingfor Life. Thank you for your kind, caring, and FAST help with my emergency situation. Turns out it was a situation that had been festering since January and just decided to show it's wrath this morning.

I called on a Sunday mid morning because our master bathroom shower broke and someone responded immediately saying they were coming in an hour. Josh showed up and began working EXTREMELY hard to fix the problem! There were extra hurdles, but he continued to make me feel like it would be ok and pushed through to fix the issues. He was kind, funny and not only hard working, but without question went the extra mile. Highly recommend!!!! Pictures before and after + he had to fix pipes in the wall. 😳

I had a drain back this morning as I was heading out to work. It was on my mind all day. Luckily, I had short work day and made a bee line for home. I called Bulldog Rooter and they quickly got a technician to my home. Joshua, quickly assessed the situation and explained my options. Once I gave him the go ahead. He professionally resolved the situation to my complete satisfaction. Five Stars!!!

The service recieved was great, was a little more costly than I'd have liked but these days it's to be expected. We had Justin A. as our technician and he was great. He cleared the main line from the house of roots, cleared an inside drain, and replaced the pipe to our sump pump. Got the work done and managed to do it in a reasonable amount of time. I did my research before calling a plumber. I started calling and from the jump the customer service representative was very nice and professional and made the process easy. She advised someone would be over asap for a free estimate. 30 minutes later I get a call from the technician Justin and he was on his way. He came in very nice and professional he observed a few things started doing his job. I hired him immediately after the estimate and he was done with absolutely no fuss no mess and I was handing over payment in 30 minutes!!! Fantastic service and experience with the employees so way to go Bulldog Rooter you have wonderful employees very pleased and will 1000% recommend.

I had an excellent experience utilizing Bulldog for my plumbing needs. The dispatcher was exceptional and kept me well-informed regarding the arrival time of the plumber, Johnny. Johnny arrived promptly and demonstrated a high level of professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge. I greatly appreciate his thoroughness. while running water to confirm that the clog was resolved, he also cleaned the bottom of the cabinet beneath the kitchen sink, where I discovered both a minor leak and an accumulation of grime that I was previously unaware of. I was thoroughly impressed by this act, as he was not obligated to perform such additional tasks. His dedication to outstanding customer service speaks volumes about the company’s positive culture and Johnny’s strong work ethic. Furthermore, he provided me with an estimate for a few additional requests I had. When I’m ready to have those jobs done, I’ll definitely call Bulldog back and specifically request Johnny.

I was very impressed with how fast they got there when I called them. Matt was very good about explaining exactly what he had to fix and got it done. There's a lot more to be done but at this time we can't afford it. Eventually down the road. When we can we will call them to have the work done. Thanks again Matt for your understanding of the situation. You are great
